Role Summary - Company / Centre : Decathlon Korea / Seoul, South Korea - Department : Finance - Job type : Internship - Reporting line : Corporate Finance Manager We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic Finance team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance operations. The Finance Intern will assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and various accounting tasks while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry. Mission Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct market research and financial data analysis. Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation tasks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Support ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives. Maintain and organize financial records and documentation. Other Requirements - English : Business level (* A high level of English proficiency is required) - Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
