About Decathlon Korea

Decathlon Korea is part of the global sporting goods brand DECATHLON Group. We are driving a strong, results-oriented multi-year investment plan to achieve our strategic goals of transformation, innovation, and sustainability.
Since opening our first store in Songdo, Incheon in 2018, we have steadily expanded our presence — launching the Hanam Starfield store in 2019, the Goyang Starfield store in 2020, and our fourth store at Lotte Zetaplex in Jamsil, Seoul in 2022. In 2024, we accelerated our growth by opening six new stores in Gayang, Bundang, Jukjeon, Gangnam, Yeonsu, and Dongdaemun, making sports accessible to even more people across the country.
In the first half of 2025, we opened new stores at Coex, a pop-up store in Lotte World Mall, and Ilsan. In the second half of the year, we continued our expansion with new openings in Dongtan and Starfield Suwon, reinforcing our commitment to an active offline growth strategy. Beyond physical stores, Decathlon is also dedicated to connecting with more sports users through our official online store and various digital channels.

Mission

• Monitor sell-through and depletion rates of seasonal assortments

• Implement and manage supply-related parameters to ensure timely availability

• Coordinate and manage replenishment requests from stores and retail suppliers

Other Requirements

• English: Business level
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience : 1 year in a similar field of supply/logistics
• Store induction: Minimally 1 week to be fulfilled
