We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing E-Commerce team. In this role, you will take ownership of supporting our official website and managing performance advertisement, driving end-to-end business operations, and crafting effective digital merchandising and marketing strategies.

DTC Management
Manage and support our official website based on data analysis.
Operate and optimize performance marketing for supporting DTC channels.
Ensure product listings, content accuracy, and promotional assets are up to date and on-brand.
Participation and support of promotion planning within the year.
Participate in establishing an official mall business strategy
Analyzing business data and discovering insights
Monitor backend operations, logistics status, and customer NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Digital Marketing & Traffic Acquisition
Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies and awareness campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with digital agencies and marketing teams for integrated marketing execution.
Branded Campaign Collaboration
Plan website layouts and product placements to maximize visibility and conversion.
