Role Summary
The Corporate Finance department is a sub-organization of finance, primarily responsible for accounting, finance, taxation, and internal control. As a Corporate Finance Specialist - AP, you will manage AP-related sub-processes, focusing on cash outflow and treasury management. This role supports overall business operations through timely fund execution and accurate accounting, requiring a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external invoice verification and oversee the end-to-end payment process.
- Liaise with commercial banks and the APAC regional headquarters for treasury-related follow-ups.
- Assist in the management and administration of the corporate card process.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing in accordance with K-GAAP and Group accounting standards.
- Prepare required documentation and support the team during internal and external audits.
- Assist in compiling and preparing data for tax filings, including CIT, VAT, and WHT.
- Collaborate with team members by providing timely and accurate data to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or accounting department.
- Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP) processes, and local tax regulations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align various stakeholders.
- Language: Professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail industry or a solid understanding of retail business models.
- Hands-on experience with internal/external financial audits.
- Experience handling cross-border payments or foreign wire transfers.
- Experience utilizing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or Kyriba.

- Work Days: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
